- This tender is completed under the City of Yellowknife-s Annual Water and Sewer Infrastructure Replacement Program. In general work under the Water & Sewer Upgrade Project will include replacing existing water mains, water manholes, hydrant vaults, sanitary sewer mains, sewer manholes, storm sewers and private services from the mains into the buildings in order to ensure the infrastructure meets City Standards. In addition to the underground infrastructure work, this tender includes reconstruction of the roadway to the subbase level and the installation of streetlighting infrastructure (conduit and pole bases).
