- This is an advance notice for interested Contractors so that advance planning can take place. Please note that all quantities, project details, and submission deadline are subject to change. The project includes the expansion and upgrade of the existing clay-lined two cell sewage lagoon, construction of compacted earth fill embankments, installation of a synthetic liner system, construction of a forcemain intake, truck dump chute, transfer and discharge structures, desludging as well as fencing and other related site work associated with the creation of a two cell sewage lagoon with a combined capacity of approximately 32,000 m3. An onsite prebidders meeting for bidding contractors will held at a late date to be specified in the tender package.
