Tender are invited for Waste Removal Services

Tender Details SCOPE
This tender consists of Waste Removal for schools in the Anglophone East School District as per the attached documents. The contract will be for a two (2) year term, from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon written agreement by both parties.

OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contracts will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid for each school location listed in the Items section below which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications of the tender documents. Bidders may bid on any or all of the schools listed in Items 1 through 37.

SITE VISIT
A site visit is recommended as per section 3.4 of the attached document.

HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Vendors are to indicate their yearly price in the "Unit Price Including Discount" column and extend the price (multiply Unit Price by 2) to the "Extended Price" column directly on this Invitation to Tender. There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid.
