  SCOPE
  This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply, delivery and installation of laundry machines listed below in tender Items and as per the attached product specifications.
  
  Shipping, delivery and installation charges must be included in the tender price.
  
  Please note: Specifications including dimensions must match. No variations in dimension specifications will be accepted.
  
  CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
  Contract will be awarded to the lowest total compliant bid (including shipping and installation charges) which meets the requirements detailed within the Description section below and per the attached product specifications for all Items of the tender document.
  
  Price must include delivery, setup and training.
  Supply, deliver and install equipment listed below at the
  Southeast Regional Correctional Centre

  Shediac NB;
  E4P0H6
  
  -Provide testing and commissioning of systems;
  
  -Provide training to maintenance staff;
  
  -Prior to award, the successful bidder must ensure that all equipment can fit into all doors leading to the laundry room area. Coordinate with JPS maintenance staff;
  
  -All building services (electrical and plumbing) will be roughed in, the successful bidder to provide all connections from the rough ins to the new equipment, refer to construction drawings attached;
  
  -Construction drawings of the laundry services area are attached.
  
  -Preferred vendor will have in province service technician
  
  must meet all sizing specs. construction plans are specced on these machines.
