Synopsis: Description of the Work: The project involves replacement of 3,310m2 of SBS roofing, window and exterior wall replacement, mechanical system upgrade including a complete boiler and ventilation replacement, fire suppression sprinkler system, new gas service and new electrical service to the building. The total area of the existing school is 3,004m2. Plans and specifications in electronic PDF format are available from 1080 Architecture, Planning + Interiors or may be viewed on SaskTenders and at the Saskatchewan Construction Association offices. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender and a Consent of Surety. Subcontractors shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

SITE EXAMINATION A walkthrough has been scheduled for Thursday, December 9, after 3:30pm to 5:00pm to allow for small groups to accommodate social distancing.
