- Sealed tenders for the Waldeck School the replacement of the boilers and associated piping and pumps as per specifications and drawings will be recieved at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 pm (CST), Thursday February 13, 2025. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from: HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan (306-525-9815). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
