• Professional Project Manager for the Mercury Wellness Centre (Feasibility, Design, Construction, & Operations), Wabaseemoong Independent Nations.Wabaseemoong Independent Nations (WIN) is seeking a Professional Project Manager (PPM) with at least five (5) years of Northern project experience, registered within the Province of Ontario, to manage all stages of a major infrastructure project using a Design-Bid-Build construction approach, with the procurement method to be determined at the First Nation-s option with support from the PPM.The scope of work for this Project is to provide Project Management Services for the Design Procurement, Pre-Capital Feasibility Study, Design, Construction Procurement, Construction, Physical Operations Planning, and Warranty phases of the Wabaseemoong Independent Nations Mercury Wellness Centre Project.The PPM shall be responsible for the overall planning and management of the Project. The PPM shall support and be accountable to Wabaseemoong Independent Nations on overall management of the project. This is a key role whereby both the interest of Wabaseemoong Independent Nations and the funding agency (Indigenous Services Canada - First Nation Inuit and Health Branch), are protected including by ensuring consistency with the First Nation-s needs and decisions and ensuring value for money.Selection of the PPM will be pursuant the attached Terms of Reference.
