- Opasikoniwew Housing Authority (OHA), on behalf of Bigstone Cree Nation (BCN), is seeking proposals for Design-Builders to support the design and construction of a new fire hall in Wabasca, on Reserve 166A. The Nation has a preliminary design completed of what, in general, they are looking for in a building. The goal is to enter into a CCDC 14 Stipulated Price Contract with a Design-Builder in 2025, with construction, commissioning and turnover of the completed project in 2026.
