AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2:00 PM EDT on October 25th 2024. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defense issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for the acquisition of SERVICES to conceive, develop, test, optimize and implement all components of custom machine learning solutions in fields such as: Target detection in hyperspectral imagery datasets; Image/video processing for enhanced vision; Image/video exploitation from multimodal imagery (e.g., object detection, classification, identification, segmentation, tracking, etc.); Low-power video-rate inference of deep learning models for embedded systems; and Optimized design of critical components.
