W0113-25CS21- Winter Salt and Sand Christopher Harvey Telephone No.: (519) 671-2396 Christopher.harvey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Department of National Defence, CFB Borden, has a requirement requirement for the supply and delivery of bulk road sand and road salt and a mixture of the two that is stacked into the sand/salt storage building on an “as and when required basis”. This is a standing offer for 5 years beginning date of contract issue to March 31, 2030. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-04-11 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
