AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 6, 2025 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W0103-259896/A dated November 24, 2024 with a closing of December 11, 2024 at 2PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the Department of National Defense (DND) accommodation in Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. The hotel(s) must be located within a two (2) km radius of the Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Pl, Vancouver, British Columbia and for Whistler, located within a five (5) km radius of Blackcomb Ski Resort, 4545 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC. These services are required for the period of February 5, 2025 to February 18, 2025.
