• Description:
• This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the W.J. Henderson Community Centre (WJHCC) Canteen/Concession Operations & Food Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
  The Township is seeking a qualified proponent to operate and manage the canteen/concession site located within the WJHCC only. The successful proponent will be responsible for providing day-to-day food and beverage service operations, including (as applicable) menu planning, supply and inventory management, staffing, customer service, point-of-sale operations, cleanliness and sanitation, and coordination with Township staff to support facility programming and events.
  The Township-s objectives for this procurement include enhancing customer experience, providing quality and reasonably priced food and beverage options, ensuring safe and compliant operations in accordance with all applicable legislation and public health requirements, and delivering a reliable service model that aligns with the WJHCC-s operational needs. The Township may also consider value-added components such as service innovations, local or healthy menu options, sustainability practices, and revenue-sharing and/or commission proposals, where applicable.
  Proponents are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set out in this RFP, including submission instructions, mandatory requirements (if any), and the evaluation process.
