- Sullivan Construction is undertaking the construction of a new long-term care facility located in North Bay, on thenorth side of Canadore College campus.The proposed project involves the construction of a new 145,000 SF, 160-bed Long-Term Care facility at 100 CollegeDrive in North Bay, Ontario. Thedesign is composed of two main wings, a three-storey wing and a two-storey wing,each housing 32 bed home units per floor for a total of 5 resident home areas. The new facility will be constructedover portions of the existing Parking Lot 9 on the northeast side of the existing Canadore College Campus,and Southof Cedar Heights Road.
