AMENDMENT # 1
We are currently working to have a hazmat test completed on the building. Will attached the results once finalized as a new AMENDMENT. Please note that the dates will be revised depending on how long the test results take. Please watch for further information.
The work involves the demolition of the Centennial Park Washrooms (appox. 5 x 4 meters): proper removal and disposal of all interior refuse, metal roof, concrete slab of building, foundations and levelling of site.
