Sealed envelopes marked "TENDER - ROUTE 101 UPGRADING - PHASE 4 (2025), Phillips Drive to Civic 669", will be received at the office of the Village of New Maryland, 584 New Maryland Highway, New Maryland, NB until 3:00pm local time on March 6, 2025. The name of the Bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope. Public opening of the bids will immediately follow.

This project is co-funded by the Province of New Brunswick and the Village of New Maryland.

The proposed work involves asphalt milling and asphalt surface paving of approximately 1,480 meters of Route 101 through New Maryland. Work also includes replacement of short sections of concrete curb, structure adjustments and shoulder reinstatement.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total estimated contract price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents.
