GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPONENTS
The District School Board of Niagara (hereafter referred to as the DSBN) hereby invites Submissions for Video Surveillance and Security Contractors. The DSBN intends to create a list of up to two (2) vendors for category A and up to five (5) for Category B, with the understanding that this number may be adjusted at the DSBN-s discretion.
This pre-qualification list will remain in effect for a term of one (1) year, commencing March 1, 2025 and ending February 28, 2026.
Consideration will be given to renew the contract for two (2) separate one-year periods ending February 28, 2028.

Video Surveillance & Security Contractors will be pre-qualified under two (2) different categories based on the services they can provide:
Category A- Camera Repair and Installation
Category B- Repair & Installation of Security Systems
Proponents may submit qualifications for Category A and/or Category B. Contractors may be selected for both or just one of the categories based on relevant experience, and mandatory requirements. Each Category is reviewed and selected individually.
Respondent(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services as described herein, or who are currently performing work for the DSBN must also respond to this request to be considered for future work assignment.
