Description:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Video Conferencing Services.
The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is holding a competition to identify a vendor to continue delivering the service. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) currently coordinates the provision of video conferencing to 16 partner ministries, with 38 video conferencing rooms equipped with Computer Information System Company (Cisco) equipment. Additionally, five Saskatchewan Crown Corporations leverage the previous RFP. Video conferencing service offers real-time audio and video communication between two or multiple sites.
This service includes the hardware and the software required to host, schedule and conduct meetings online or make video calls. The Successful Proponent of this competition will be responsible for the supply and installation of video conferencing equipment in a varying number of environments and locations equipped with Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom capabilities. The Successful Proponent will additionally be responsible for the support and maintenance of the equipment. The Successful Proponent will also continue to provide support for the existing Cisco equipment that is currently part of the video conferencing service.
