Description:
The City of Mississauga-s Recreation Division is responsible for organizing events at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre, located at 5500 Rose Cherry Place. This venue hosts a variety of events and is the home of the Raptors 905 basketball team.

The City of Mississauga is undertaking an audiovisual upgrade at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre. This initiative includes the complete replacement of the video panels of the existing center-hung video board with a modern, high-resolution display system, as well as the addition of a new digital ribbon screen. The upgrade represents both a scheduled life cycle replacement and an enhancement aimed at improving the venue-s overall audiovisual experience for events, games, and community gatherings.

The objective of this RFT is to select a bidder who is authorized to install the equipment as described in the RFT documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for the supply, installation, and on-demand maintenance for this equipment. The successful bidder will also be responsible for training City staff on its operation.
