Description:
Parking Lot Addition adding approximately 152 parking stalls on the Victoria Hospital site. Work is inclusive of: Minor Concrete (Emergency Phone Pad, Parking Pedestals, Protective Bollards, and Transformer Pad) Site Electrical Traffic/ Parking Signage Lamp Standard Piles Granular Base Preparation, Parking Lot Concrete (Sidewalks, Approaches, Curbs, Islands) Site Furnishings Landscaping Civil Utilities The facility is an active hospital and areas directly adjacent to the work will be accessible to ensure operations are not interrupted at the facility. Work to be Completed by end of 2026. This project falls under the Manitoba Jobs Agreement (MJA).
