Description:
Bockstael Construction Limited has been appointed Construction Manager by the Owner for the work associated with the Victoria Hospital - ED/ MTA/ Upper Floors work which consists of the following: - Emergency Department/ Minor Treatment Area: Level 1 - approximate 553m2 renovation of existing clinical and office space to provide new emergency patient rooms, care team station, and clinical support spaces, with phased renovations in an adjacently occupied space. - Upper Floors: Tower - approximate 329m2 renovation which includes new office areas, and refresh of patient rooms and washrooms. - Work is inclusive of: - Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical work as indicated in the Contract Documents. - Multiple phased construction areas specific to this Work and following infection and prevention control protocols during construction. This project falls under the Manitoba Jobs Agreement (MJA)
