- This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Victoria Avenue Sewage Pumping Station and Forcemain Upgrade - Geotechnical Construction Services, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Niagara Region is undertaking an upgrade to the Victoria Avenue Sewage Pumping Station and Forcemain under Contract 2025-T-183. As part of the overall project, Quality Assurance testing is required on construction materials incorporated into the work. The successful bidder shall obtain field samples and undertake field and laboratory QA testing to ensure compliance of construction materials with the project specifications.
