Description:
The existing 9 storey building located at 727 Fisgard St. Victoria, BC V8W 1R8 will soon be occupied with upwards of 130 administrative Island Health (ISLH) Staff from various departments across multiple sites in the Capital Region District.
This RFP is for Phase I. Future phasing will begin at the sole discretion of ISLH. The project is to catalogue existing office equipment, optimize each floor layout as it pertains to departmental needs and existing equipment/ furniture, while aligning with the Provencial Standard and supporting the highest mobility rates. Consultation of equipment/ furniture disassembling, moving, delivering, reassembling, and installation of new and/or existing equipment/ furniture from upwards of 6 different locations within the Capital Region District is to be included in the price for the work. This work will require the development of a move plan to maintain existing site operations during the scheduled move.
