Tender are invited for Vibratory Roller Monthly Rentals - Heavy Equipment

Tender Details The intent of this tender is to establish a contract of supply with various Suppliers to locations around the province, for fixed prices for the rental of vibratory rollers on a monthly basis for activities related to summer maintenance.

This request for tender submission neither expresses nor implies any obligation on the part of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to enter into a contract with any Supplier or Suppliers submitting a bid.

DTI reserves the right to make limited awards based on the best pricing by geographic location.

The tender will cover equipment rentals for the period specified on the Purchase Order (approximately April 22nd, 2025, to November 7th, 2025, inclusive)

Vendors must deliver equipment no later than Thursday, April 17th, 2025, at 4:30pm.

Failure to deliver equipment to the appropriate location at the specified time will be considered as non-compliant to the terms stipulated in this document and may result in cancellation of award (unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties).
