Scope Of Services:
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Roofing Contractors for the VGH MRI Annex Roof Replacement project. The existing roof will be removed and replaced with a new waterproofing system using a two-ply modified bitumen membrane installed with cold-applied, VOC-free adhesives. The work includes insulation, drainage improvements, and temporary removal and reinstallation of HVAC equipment. As the work is located above an active clinical department, contractors must plan to minimize service disruptions and adhere to regular business hours. The project is scheduled for construction between July - October.

Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
