Description : Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) is seeking to implement an Energy Management Systems (EnMS) in accordance with all of the criteria of the ISO 50001standard (CSA ISO 50001:19) to reduce costs and improve energy performance. Expansion of VGH-s Energy Management Information System (EMIS) will also be an integral part of the implementation of the Energy Management System. This project will span over 2 fiscal years, F21-22 and F22-23, and must meet deadlines as outline in the funding agreement with Natural Resources Canada, NRCan (and BC Hydro). SCOPE OF SERVICES The services (the “Services”) are professional Engineering Consulting services as required with respect to the Project. The Services are outlined in the Appendix ‘F- and listed as following: The Proponent must have the following previous experience with: - Implementing the ISO50001 Energy Management Systems standard at other organizations that meet the requirements of the funding agreement set-out by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) and/or their program administrators (BC Hydro). - Conducting Energy Studies in a BC Health Care Facility - Performing Gap Analyses for the implementation of a EnMS in a hospital setting Pre-qualified Architectural and Engineering Consultants Only Architectur...
