Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to submit quotations for 2025-115-CQ Verulam Centennial Park Redevelopment as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars.
The City is requesting quotations, including all labour, fuel, equipment and materials necessary to complete site improvements including limestone pathways, accessible parking lot, delineated sand beach areas, site furnishings, cantilevered dock system and armour stone shore stabilization at the Verulam Centennial Park located on County Road 24, Bobcaygeon, Ontario.

It is understood and agreed that each Respondent, has by careful examination, satisfied themselves as to the specifications of goods; nature of the service and the work, the character, quality and quantity of the task, the general and local conditions, warranty and all other matters, which can in any way affect the goods or service.
Each Respondent is directed to ensure they are familiar with the location, the type of work that is being requested and any factors that could affect the work (i.e. Location of hydro wires, trees, rocks, etc.) and ensure that these are taken into consideration when providing a submission.
