Description:
The Agency is seeking to renew the established Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement and award up to a maximum of ten (10) Vendor(s) with expertise in providing researching services to support the needs of the Agency.
If you are already a VOR do not re-submit. The current VOR Arrangement evaluation scoring and established pricing shall apply.
Should the Agency receive a Bidder Submission that is subsequently found to be from a Bidder that is already a VOR, the Agency reserves the right to reject the Bidder Submission as non-compliant and give it no further consideration for contract refresh award.
