Description:
The Agency is seeking to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement with Vendor(s) who are Certified Microsoft Partners with expertise in providing implementation, management and ongoing professional services to support the needs of the Agency in delivering end-to-end solutions on Information Technology (IT) Projects for the Agency-s existing Microsoft applications and future solution requirements.
Term of VOR Arrangement
The successful Vendors of the VOR Arrangement will be awarded a Contract for one 12-month period (the “Contract Term”) commencing March 1, 2025. The Agency reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to extend this Contract for two optional 12-month periods (the “Extension Term(s)”), outlined in the Agreement.
This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
The Region of Peel will be closed December 25, 2024 and will reopen January 2, 2025. Any Vendor Questions submitted during this time will not be monitored. Vendors are encouraged to submit any questions well in advance of the closure.
