Project Description : Section A: Media buying/planningAlberta Blue Cross is issuing this Request for Proposal to procure the services of a media buying/planning advertising vendor to develop our annual media plan. The chosen vendor will be required to do the following: • advise on industry trends, conduct market research; • pitch strategic, research-based recommendations ;• plan strategic media buys and placements ;• report and analyze results (monthly);• provide annual media plan, and ongoing recommendations on media buy (traditional and digital) to best reach target audiences;• provide regular communication;• provide a dedicated Account Manager, Digital Media Manager and Media Buyer/Planner;• conduct regular campaign monitoring, alerting Alberta Blue Cross of problems to address; • provide proactive recommendations based on market changes; • present to Alberta Blue Cross as needed; and• be flexible and accommodate changes that may arise throughout the year due to our rapidly changing environment. Section B: CreativeAlberta Blue Cross is issuing this Request for Proposal to procure the services of vendors for creative development.
