Description:
PURPOSE: The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit recruitment agencies that can provide temporary employment services on an “as needed” basis to 3sHealth and other healthcare public entities. The initial engagement will begin with 3sHealth, the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA), and eHealth Saskatchewan (eHealth), and other healthcare agencies may request for such services. This RFP will establish a list of position titles, job descriptions and hourly rates for Service Recipients to have access to a Vendor of Record (VOR) for employment services within the province of Saskatchewan. 3sHealth reserves the right to add agencies at any time during the contract term. PERIOD: The VOR established under this RFP will be effective for three (3) consecutive years, from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2027 (the “Vendor of Record Period”), and corresponding to the term of any resulting Professional Service Agreement (PSA) will be for the period from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2027.It is 3sHealth-s intention that no further requests for recruitment services will be published during the Vendor of Record Period.
