CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Quotes from industry in response to its Request for Quote (“RFQ) for the provisioning of specific vehicles in estimated quantities for predetermined categories for CBC/Radio-Canada-s designated locations across Canada.1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFQ are as follows:As part of CBC/Radio-Canada-s replacement program, a certain number of vehicles are required to be replaced in the corporation-s fleet across the country. Category 1: Hev or Phev or Zev Minivan or equivalent Category 2: Small ZEV vehicle Category 3: Gas Pick-ups Category 4: Hybrid Pick-upVehicles are purchased directly from the manufacturer. The ordering process is made through a fleet management service and/or by CBC/Radio-Canada, i.e., orders will be placed by CBC/Radio-Canada and/or its Fleet Management Services provider. Proponents may submit quotations for one or more of the four categories of vehicles listed in this RFQ. CBC/Radio-Canada intends to select one Proponent per category. A Proponent may be awarded a contract, by CBC or CBC-s subcontractor, for zero, one, or multiple categories, depending on the evaluation results.2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: This RFQ is open only to Proponents who meet each of the following mandatory requirements for a category they will submit their Proposal.Category 1: Minivan The vehicles must meet Transport Canada safety standards.
