Description:
The Village of Silton is interested in obtaining proposals for the construction of a vehicle storage building to be located in the Village of Silton. The Village of Silton wants qualified suppliers and/or general contractors to ensure the building is constructed to meet all building codes and have it substantially completed before July 31st, 2025. Lump sum price quoted must reflect the total cost for all labour, materials and equipment to complete the work and should be quoted in Canadian Funds, to the Village of Silton. Bids may be placed in a sealed envelope marked: CONFIDENTIAL- Village of Silton- RFP, and mailed to: Box 1, Silton, Sask, S0G 4L0 or emailed to: villageofsilton@xplornet.ca . RFP are to be received before 5:00 PM local Saskatchewan time, Monday, March 31st. The Bidder agrees to have their bid open to acceptance for and irrevocable for thirty (30) calendar days and that the owner may at anytime during this period may accept this proposal. Proposal may be awarded at the Council meeting on Tuesday April 8th, 2025. See attached documents for details.
