This Negotiated Request for Proposals is an invitation by Vancouver Community College to prospective proponents to submit proposals for VCC Bookstore Point of Sales (POS) System
VCC Bookstore currently uses Booklog and Herkermedia. VCC is looking to replace the current systems with a modern, fully integrated cloud based software and hardware solution that provides real time inventory, superior customer service experience and is robust enough to meet future expansion needs.
The POS system must adhere to all British Columbia legislation pertaining to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Act (FIPPA) (BC) as well as comply with payment card industry standards (PCI compliant).
The system must be able to fully integrate with Ellucian Banner "Banner" Financial system.
