Vault Maintenance-Construction Services
Location : Canada, British Columbia, Vancouver, Coast & Mountains
Job Location : Surrey Taxation Centre, 9755 King George Blvd., Surrey, BC

Description : The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 04 - Specifications and Drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Provide inspection, testing, cleaning, and maintenance for all the distribution systems of the existing main primary high voltage distribution electrical equipment and other distribution in the main electrical room. Distribution sections includes but no limited to: digital/analog metering, revenue metering, combination of disconnect switch, fuses, main breakers, PF correction bank switches, transfer switch, tie breaker, oil-filled transformers, ground fault relay and control, UPS, and all associated controls. Complete an arc flash study on the high voltage main switchgear in the main electrical room and complete arc flash and short circuit coordination studies on the electrical distribution systems as well as high voltage distribution.
