- Tender are invited for The High Commission of Canada (HCC) in New Delhi currently has nine (9) Daikin VRV-II systems with non-compliant R22 refrigerant. The systems serve various buildings and spaces at the High Commission. The nine (9) outdoor units are located both on Mission building rooftops and at ground level and serve thirty-two (32) indoor ceiling cassette-type indoor units. The outdoor units range in compressor capacity size from five (5) to sixteen (16) HP - i.e. 1-5HP; 2-8HP; 3-10HP; 1-12HP; 1-14HP; 1-16HP. Outdoor units are associated with varying numbers of indoor units. Refer to Annex A, Table 1 for outdoor and indoor unit models and locations.The objective of this contract is to engage a Daikin-authorized Mechanical/Electrical Contractor experienced with the supply and installation of VRV-IV Q Series outdoor and indoor units and trained in the precautions needed to replace non-compliant R22 refrigerant VRV-II systems with like-sized current-technology refrigerant-compliant systems at the HCC in New Delhi. The successful Contractor shall be fully trained and compliant with all equipment; labour/management; controls; installation and operating procedures; health and safety requirements and warranties provided and supported by Daikin Ltd.
