• •Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in running quick service food services, meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, Operator Scope Of Work. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. •The initial term of the Agreement is expected to be for one (1) year. The City reserves the option to extend the Agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year periods, for a maximum total term of five (5) years. The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City-s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). • Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
