- The Ministry of Citizens- Services, Office of the Chief Information Officer invites interested parties to submit Proposals for the delivery of VMware® by Broadcom Products and VAR Services.
In order to maintain interoperability with the Province-s existing network of equipment, software, services, the Province intends to select a single Proponent that is a VMware® by Broadcom Select Partner or higher status. The Contractor will provide Products to the Province at a discounted rate, along with related VAR Services at no charge, all as further detailed in this RFP including Appendix B: Proposal Response Form, Appendix D: Products and Appendix E: Ordering Requirements for Products and VAR Services.
The Products are to be provided on an as, if, and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number or value of Orders that may be requested from the Contractor over the term of the Contract. A Contract established pursuant to this RFP does not confer an exclusive right to provide Products and VAR Services to the Province. The Province reserves the right to procure such Products and VAR Services by any other means, including use of other agreements, or by other procurement or contracting methods. - Documents :
