Tender are invited for Vacuum Induction Melting System
Project Description : The department of Chemical and Materials Engineering is conducting lightweight alloy research using low melting point metals together with high melting point metals. The following specific technology that MTI Corporation offers is:1. A new generation mechanical stirring blade made of BN; and 2. BN crucible for melting with a lid that can be opened and closed during furnace working. These are important because a BN stirring blade can help homogenize the alloy and a BN crucible with lid can help reduce volatilization of low melting point metals. These two factors are very critical for better alloy properties.There are no other suppliers on the market able to provide this stirring feature which is the most critical factor to guarantee the alloy homogeneity.
