Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: NONETendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bidCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall ProposalComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: This requirement is for an immediate need of 210 Vaccine Kits to be assembled and to be distributed amongst remote and urban locations across Canada in support of the COVID-19 vaccine. The kits will need to include pharmaceuticals, requiring the contractor to have a Drug Establishment License (DEL) for the purchase and distribution of one (1) pharmaceutical detailed in Appendix A. This procurement has been set aside under the federal governments Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. Bidders must submit the completed certification of Part 5 with their bid.This procurement is subject to national security exception and is, therefore, excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS: APPENDICES OF ANNEX A CAN BE DOWNLOADED IN EXCEL.
