English Title:Invitation to Tender for Contractor Services: N000437_82085, UXO removal and disposal, Lac Saint-Pierre (Québec)English Description:In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the province where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Submissions from contractor to provide UXO removal and disposal in Lac Saint-Pierre (Québec).Information provided by the Tenderers will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Invitation to Tender. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Invitation to Tender is to select the Tenderer who will achieve a minimum score of 66%, who has submitted the lowest total price and who has submitted a compliant Submission.The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to establish a contract for a period of four (4) years with an estimated value of $9,700,000. If mutually agreeable between the two parties, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional two (2) year periods beyond the initial term.
