Description : TRANSFORMERS, DISTRIBUTION AND POWER STATION COILS AND TRANSFORMERS UTILITY POLE MOUNT TRANSFORMERS TENDER CALL 2023-021 The City of Edmundston is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the supply of utility pole mount transformers required by Edmundston Energy. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained only at the Development Department located on the 2nd floor of the Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act, (O.C. 2014-273), apply to this tender. A Bid Bond, a bank draft or a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to ''Edmundston'', must accompany the tender. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. Sealed tenders indicating the name and address of the bidder on the envelope marked "UTILITY POLE MOUNT TRANSFORMERS, TENDER CALL 2023-021, FEBRUARY 16, 2023", will be received by the Municipality of Edmundston on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at the Development department, 2nd floor at City Hall, 7 Canada Rd, Edmundston, NB by mail or e-mail until 2:00 p.m. (local time).
