Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenderers to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" utility line locate services at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $230,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and by $120,000.00 at any time during the duration of the SOA for a total potential maximum value of $350,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $1,000.00 and $8,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $25,000.00.Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their tender through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.The selected consultant will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
