- Urinalysis Sample Collection Services This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Corner Brook and Stephenville areas of Newfoundland and Labrador. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for urinalysis sample collection services, on an as and when requested basis for male and female offenders released on community supervision. Collection of urine samples for testing is authorized by the Correctional and Conditional Release Act (CCRA). Objectives: To ensure offenders with imposed Parole Board of Canada special conditions with restrictions on consuming alcohol and drugs can be monitored through this tool when authorized by CSC.
