Description:
Following the results of the 2022 Fire Safety Audit, several areas of the building were identified as having deficient fire separation. This project will assess the condition of the fire separation barriers throughout the building and perform the necessary repairs to ensure all fire separation is maintained as per the current fire code. This includes repairing holes in fire separation walls and ceilings and replacing firestopping around penetrations.
