Description : McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of consultant services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal. The term of this agreement is for an estimated term of twelve (12) months. The anticipated start date of the contact is December 2021, subject to change at McMaster-s sole discretion. The Scope of Services to be provided by the Proponent will include all management and professional services necessary to meet the requirements of the Owner. McMaster University is looking to develop a long-term vision for the future of its campus with a 10-year Campus Master Plan that is aligned with the University-s strategic priorities and is focused on developing a campus that provides living, learning and community opportunities. The Project will comply with all governing legislation, codes, laws, by-laws and requirements of authorities having jurisdiction.
