- Scope of WorkReplace two (2) compressors located in the 9th floor mechanical room, as well as sprinkler compressor in the 4th basement. The compressors are used for the building controls as the controls system is still pneumatic in the building. The compressors work one at a time and the second one acts as a backup. The consultant shall carry out detailed site investigation of the compressors and any related equipment in order to replace them. The consultant shall review the size of new compressors to ensure they are adequately sized for the systems they serve. Review and revise any associated controls and sequence of operation as needed.
