Description : In general, work under this contract consists of: .1 Removal of two (2) sanitary sewage column pumps located in basement storage room #0926A of the Saint John Postal Station “A” facility, including level controls, base plate, check valves, gate valves, and all other fittings and appurtenances as necessary to facilitate installation of replacement equipment. .2 Installation of two (2) replacement sanitary submersible pumps complete with piping, fittings, check valves, gate valves, base plate, access hatch, duplex pump controller (c/w level controls, pump motor starter, alarms, etc.), connection to existing electrical supply, reconnection of existing vent piping, and connection of controls and alarms to existing BMS. - Documents:
