Call for tenders for entrepreneur to upgrade to the roof of the clock tower and building windows located at 150, rue Dalhousiel-administration Port de Québec (the "Administration") requests submissions for the work and/or services described below, without limiting itself: replace the copper roof of the clock tower; Replace two windows on the west facade of the building; Replacement of heated cables in roofing and in the gutters' descents.
