Description : DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - Project No. CL100012_ 75770CN - Upgrade Digester Heat Exchangers, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for demolition of existing heat exchangers, hot water piping and insulation, sludge piping, and associated instrumentation and replace with new sludge heat exchangers and all accessories.
