- Tender are invited for Intent of this Tender call is to obtain a firm price offer to replace rooftop units. Provide various upgrades and refit the Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning System serving office area at the Canadian Space Agency-s David Florida Laboratory, 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa Ontario, in accordance with these Tender Documents and complete in every respect for a fully operational system (electrical connections, controls, fire alarm connection, programming, commissioning, ductwork, piping etc.).Amendment 1In Part 4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of SelectionUnder article 4. Mandatory Technical CriteriaDelete: RTU replacement, installation and commissioning for a building of 10,000 sq. meters or larger.Insert: RTU replacement, installation and commissioning for a building of 1,500 sq. meters or larger.Amendment 2Due to a broken watermain on our campus, the site visit has been postponed to a date that is yet to be determined.
